  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years management experience
  • minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

  • exceptional culinary management experience
  • proven track record with creative and current culinary trends
  • high-end catering experience
  • excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
  • menu planning experience
  • strong understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory and labor management concepts

Job Duties

  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
  • have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit passion for a high level of customer service
  • prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and be proficient in computer skills and report management experience
