Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years culinary experience with progressive leadership roles
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

  • Experience with inventory and cost management

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Develop and update seasonal menus that reflect creative concepts and local ingredients
  • Collaborate with restaurant and catering teams to coordinate food service and kitchen operations
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Oversee inventory management and cost control to optimize profitability
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance skills and performance
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance the restaurant's brand and guest engagement
