The Executive Chef role at LVHN under Sodexo is a pivotal leadership position responsible for transforming the patient dining experience and retail food services. This role demands a culinary expert who excels in managing high-volume food production within a fast-paced healthcare environment, while driving quality, safety, and innovation across all kitchen operations. The Executive Chef will lead the back-of-house team in delivering exceptional meals aligned with patient dietary needs and preferences as well as retail customer expectations. Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 2 years
- minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
