Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of management experience
  • minimum 2 years of experience in food or culinary services
  • strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • prior experience with contract management companies
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • at least 2 years of management experience
  • minimum 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • strong culinary background with passion for food and innovation
  • experience working with a contract management company
  • proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)

Job Duties

  • provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training
  • works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution
  • executes the culinary function
  • ensures customer and client satisfaction
  • manages food and physical safety program
