This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as the Executive Chef 2 will coach and mentor frontline culinary teams to foster engagement and motivation. Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, are essential. Familiarity with the Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) is highly preferred to efficiently manage the culinary functions within the hospital's unique healthcare setting.
Key duties involve culinary leadership within a smaller facility, catering management from conception through execution, and maintaining customer and client satisfaction at all times. The Executive Chef 2 is also responsible for managing food safety and physical safety programs to uphold a safe and compliant environment.
Sodexo is proud to offer a competitive compensation package determined fairly based on the candidate's education, experience, and skills. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care, wellness programs, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid time off along with company holidays, career growth opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.
