Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years of management experience
- minimum 2 years of experience in food or culinary services
- strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
- prior experience with contract management companies
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- at least 2 years of management experience
- minimum 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- strong culinary background with passion for food and innovation
- experience working with a contract management company
- proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)
Job Duties
- provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training
- works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution
- executes the culinary function
- ensures customer and client satisfaction
- manages food and physical safety program
