Job Requirements

associate's degree or equivalent experience
minimum 2 years of management experience
minimum 2 years of experience in food or culinary services
strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
prior experience with contract management companies
excellent leadership and communication skills
knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)

Job Qualifications

associate's degree or equivalent experience
at least 2 years of management experience
minimum 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
strong culinary background with passion for food and innovation
experience working with a contract management company
proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
excellent leadership and communication skills
knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)

Job Duties

provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training
works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution
executes the culinary function
ensures customer and client satisfaction
manages food and physical safety program
