Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • ability to lead culinary teams in fast-paced environments
  • knowledge of HACCP and ServSafe standards
  • excellent time management skills
  • strong communication abilities
  • flexibility to adapt to different operational settings
  • reliable and professional work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Support daily cafe and catering operations
  • lead culinary production with hands-on cooking
  • assist with menu planning, ordering, and inventory management
  • drive consistent recipe adherence and quality standards
  • oversee catering production including corporate events and executive meetings
  • collaborate with the leadership team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
