  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services or institutional services

  • Strong culinary background with current knowledge of culinary trends

Job Duties

  • Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • Ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • Maintain working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • Collaborate with General Manager and other managers to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Oversee all BOH daily culinary food and beverage operations for resident dining, retail and catering
