- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of management experience
- Minimum two years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
- Strong culinary and organizational skills
- Expertise in a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques
- Experience in catering
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Inspire and manage a team of culinary professionals fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Design seasonal trend-forward menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs
- Collaborate with clients to tailor culinary offerings for events meetings and daily service
- Oversee kitchen operations including ordering inventory food safety and cost control
- Mentor and train staff to uphold Sodexo's standards of quality safety and hospitality
