Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of management experience
  • Minimum two years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
  • Strong culinary and organizational skills
  • Expertise in a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Experience in catering
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Inspire and manage a team of culinary professionals fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Design seasonal trend-forward menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor culinary offerings for events meetings and daily service
  • Oversee kitchen operations including ordering inventory food safety and cost control
  • Mentor and train staff to uphold Sodexo's standards of quality safety and hospitality
