Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services
- proven ability to produce gourmet, high-volume cuisine
- strong background in menu development, purchasing, and financial controls
- excellent leadership and team development skills
- creative approach to food trends and culinary innovation
- strong organizational skills
- working knowledge of food inventory, ordering, and production management systems
- commitment to excellence in quality, service, and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead the culinary operations for all catering events, from large-scale productions to intimate, high-end dinners
- design and execute custom menus that reflect creativity, quality, and precision
- manage purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and production forecasting
- ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards, recipes, and food quality expectations
- oversee food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- develop, train, and motivate the culinary team to achieve excellence and embrace innovation
- partner in menu planning, labor scheduling, and marketing initiatives
- provide an exceptional customer service experience to students, faculty, and VIP guests
