Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • ability to work a predominantly Monday-Friday schedule with some evenings and rare weekends
  • hands-on approach to culinary operations
  • commitment to quality and innovation
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage food and labor costs effectively

Job Qualifications
