Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- supervisory experience in a busy food production setting
- union experience preferred
- experience in a client-facing or high profile role
- dedication to Sodexo CARES behaviors daily

Job Duties
- Implement and maintain processes and safety standards for the food services team
- maintain food and health and safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements
- effectively coach, mentor, and train staff
- prepare orders and maintain appropriate inventory
- bring innovative and creative ideas for retail, catering and patient services
- cultivate effective interpersonal relationships with patients, customers, and clients in hospital
