Currently, Courtyard by Marriott Walla Walla is looking to hire an experienced Executive Chef who will play a pivotal role in managing the hotel's food and beverage operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • at least 2 years of experience in culinary and kitchen management
  • ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate effectively in English
  • computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, HRIS, and Payroll systems
  • knowledge of menu development, cost control, and wage management
  • state alcohol certification or ability to acquire
  • state food handlers certification or ability to acquire
  • strong organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience in culinary and kitchen management
