Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy plates
- Commitment to upholding company values and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
