The Executive Chef will execute a chef-inspired menu with precision, managing quality control across taste, presentation, portion sizes, and ticket-time performance. Additionally, this individual will oversee food cost management, inventory control, ordering processes, and waste reduction initiatives to protect and enhance profitability. Managing kitchen sanitation, safety standards, and equipment readiness are also key operational responsibilities.
