  • execute a chef-inspired menu with consistency, speed, and exceptional attention to detail

  • own quality control: taste, presentation, portioning, and ticket-time performance
  • manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste to protect profitability
  • lead kitchen operations including sanitation, safety, and equipment readiness
