The Executive Chef at CCL Hospitality Group is accountable for the comprehensive management of kitchen activities including recruiting, training, and motivating staff to deliver hospitality excellence. This leader is responsible for driving food quality, presentation, and safety, adhering strictly to health and sanitation protocols. The role also includes the development of menus that reflect customer preferences and seasonal availability, with an emphasis on creativity and quality. Financial management is a critical component, with the Executive Chef expected to meet monthly budgets, control food and labor costs, and optimize overall profitability.

Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • hands-on chef experience
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • proficient with computers including Microsoft Office
  • excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs
  • ServSafe certification preferred
