A comprehensive understanding of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost control, and presentation, is essential. Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, email, and internet usage is required. Candidates with extensive catering experience and knowledge of high-volume, complex foodservice operations will be highly valued. ServSafe certification is also highly desirable.
