The role of Executive Chef at Northwest Stadium is a leadership position that drives the culinary vision and operational excellence of the kitchen team. This position demands overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation and quality control to menu innovation and staff development. The Executive Chef plays a critical part in maintaining high culinary standards while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience with menu development and food costing

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
