Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen leadership
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience with menu development and food costing
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Develop and execute innovative menus while maintaining food cost efficiency
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork
- Manage inventory, vendor relations, and food purchasing
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Maintain financial accountability through cost control and budgeting
