Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of executive chef or kitchen manager experience in an upscale polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of 5m+
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of inventory food safety and kitchen leadership
  • Proven ability to lead motivate and develop teams
  • Passion for hospitality quality and delivering exceptional guest experience
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification
  • Allergy certification
