The Executive Chef role at Indigo Road Hospitality Group is essential to upholding the company’s standards for excellence and creativity in the culinary arts. This position demands not only strong leadership and kitchen management skills but also a passionate and hands-on approach to cooking. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including quality control, inventory, labor management, and health and safety compliance. This role is pivotal in achieving profit and loss targets by managing the budget, forecasts, and labor efficiently.
