Job Duties
- Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions

- work hands-on in the kitchen alongside staff
- collaborate with the General Manager and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet profit and loss goals
- resolve problems effectively through strong communication
