Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years culinary experience including supervisory responsibilities
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a talented chef in a customer oriented, high-volume dining venue
- Natural ability to lead with 4+ years in a supervisory role
- Possess and maintain ServSafe Certification
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Design delectable menu items that are pleasing to the pallet
- Create specialty items that differentiate each of our dining venues and community events
- Share your talents - inspire, train and coach your culinary team, promoting a positive team approach each day
- To preserve your masterpiece creations, keep a close eye on all food preparation including storage, and handling to ensure we are providing the freshest meals with all safety protocols in place (HACCP)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to comply with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure kitchen efficiency
- Collaborate with dining and events staff to meet special dietary requests and event needs
