- Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred
- minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen management
- proven leadership skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work full-time on-site in Jackson, MS
- strong organizational and communication skills
- experience with inventory and cost control

- experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and staff training
- ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain supplier relationships

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment
- previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen preferred
