  • minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen management
  • proven leadership skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work full-time on-site in Jackson, MS
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • experience with inventory and cost control

  • Culinary expertise in menu development, food preparation, and plating techniques
  • experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and staff training
  • ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain supplier relationships
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment
  • previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen preferred
