Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire and provide training for back-of-house personnel
  • Perform line checks to ensure quality and quantity of food
  • Inspect kitchen operations and storage for compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage kitchen financial results to drive restaurant profitability
  • Purchase inventory based on sales volume, forecasts, and shelf life
  • Master all cooking positions and skills
  • Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for efficiency and productivity
  • Source talent to build a winning culinary team
  • Work flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends
