The Executive Chef role at CCL Hospitality Group is a leadership position that demands both inspiration and thorough organization to manage daily kitchen operations successfully. Job Requirements

  • Must have A.S. degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • Extensive catering experience desirable
  • Experience with high volume, complex foodservice operations
  • Hands-on chef experience required
  • Must be proficient with computers including Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing to participate in client satisfaction activities
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • A.S. or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • Extensive catering experience a plus
  • Experience in high volume, complex foodservice operations
  • Knowledge of institutional and batch cooking
  • Hands-on chef experience
  • Understanding of food and catering trends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • ServSafe certification highly desirable
  • Ability to participate in client satisfaction programs

Job Duties

  • Lead daily culinary production in meal preparation and food quality
