Job Requirements
- Must have A.S. degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
- Extensive catering experience desirable
- Experience with high volume, complex foodservice operations
- Hands-on chef experience required
- Must be proficient with computers including Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to participate in client satisfaction activities
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of institutional and batch cooking
- Hands-on chef experience
- Understanding of food and catering trends

- ServSafe certification highly desirable
- Ability to participate in client satisfaction programs
Job Duties
- Lead daily culinary production in meal preparation and food quality
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Develop and present menus incorporating seasonal and local ingredients
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities
- Manage food cost controls and budgets
- Monitor food inventory, purchasing, and storage standards
- Provide training and coaching to culinary team members
