The Executive Chef role is central to the restaurant's success, tasked with leading all aspects of the kitchen operations. Job Requirements
- Relevant culinary education or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in upscale or Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work long hours including weekends
