Operating in the hospitality and food service industry, LifeWorks stands out for its commitment to transparency and collaboration with clients, overseeing everything from space design to the marketing of customized dining environments. This approach ensures that each culinary environment is not only functional but distinctly aligned with brand identity and client expectations.

The Executive Chef position at LifeWorks offers a unique opportunity to lead a refined corporate dining program at one of their premier locations. This role centers around managing a focused culinary operation with a small but dedicated team, emphasizing the delivery of exceptional food and hospitality experiences. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily culinary service operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and client satisfaction. The role demands a hands-on leader who is skilled in culinary arts, team management, and client relationship building. Additionally, the Executive Chef will have an important role in menu planning, maintaining food safety standards, managing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvements in food and labor cost management.

Compensation for this executive position is competitive, with a salary range estimated between $110,000 and $115,000 annually. Eligible employees benefit from a comprehensive suite of Aramark offerings, including medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and disability coverage, subject to location and eligibility criteria. LifeWorks emphasizes professional development and supports employees in expanding their skills in a dynamic environment. The company values diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates regardless of background. This role does not have a predetermined application deadline and remains open until the right candidate is identified.

The Executive Chef will serve as a key ambassador for LifeWorks’ culinary philosophy and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing culinary staff, maintaining food quality standards according to Aramark’s Executional Framework, coaching employees, handling supply chains, and ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations. The successful candidate will bring advanced knowledge of culinary principles and leadership experience, facilitating smooth kitchen operations and fostering a positive and productive team environment. Active guest interaction and the ability to translate regional culinary trends into creative menu offerings are essential parts of the role, all while maintaining a sharp focus on margin improvement and operational efficiency.
