In addition to operational responsibilities, you will ensure adherence to all Department of Health standards and company policies, including strict enforcement of anti-discrimination and anti-harassment guidelines. You will act as the face of hospitality by engaging directly with guests and delivery drivers, setting a tone of warmth and professionalism. Effective communication is key, as you will regularly conduct team meetings and coordinate closely with leadership to align on goals and provide performance feedback.
