Job Duties
- Lead all kitchen operations including sushi and hot line
- Hire, train, and develop a reliable kitchen team
- Take ownership of food quality and consistency
- Control food cost, inventory, and ordering
- Build schedules and efficiently manage labor
- Implement systems to improve speed and reduce stress
- Collaborate with ownership on menu and profitability
