Ideal candidates will have knowledge of current food trends, cost control measures, sanitation practices, and presentation standards. Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office applications and internet tools, is required. Further, candidates with catering experience and ServSafe certification are highly desirable, aligning with TouchPoint’s commitment to excellence.

The company enforces a drug-free workplace policy and may require background screening in certain positions. Benefits offered to employees include comprehensive medical, dental, vision care, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and additional wellness and financial programs, supporting the wellbeing and growth of its workforce.
