Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in private clubs or large multi-unit luxury hotels and resorts
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver high-quality cuisine across multiple dining outlets
- Strong skills in menu development and rotation
- Proven leadership in team building and staff development
- Expertise in operational and financial management within a culinary environment
- Excellent member-focused communication and interpersonal skills
- Cultural fit with professionalism, integrity, and respect aligned with club values
Job Duties
- Develop and rotate menus balancing creativity and operational efficiency
- Lead culinary team recruitment, training, and retention
- Manage kitchen workflows, scheduling, and inventory control
- Oversee cost controls and financial performance of culinary operations
- Engage with members to understand preferences and enhance dining experiences
- Maintain visible presence in kitchen and dining areas to lead by example
- Contribute to club communications including newsletters and social media
- Attend House Committee and Food & Beverage meetings providing culinary updates and insights
