  • Strong skills in menu development and rotation
  • Proven leadership in team building and staff development
  • Expertise in operational and financial management within a culinary environment
  • Excellent member-focused communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and rotate menus balancing creativity and operational efficiency
  • Lead culinary team recruitment, training, and retention
  • Manage kitchen workflows, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Oversee cost controls and financial performance of culinary operations
  • Engage with members to understand preferences and enhance dining experiences
  • Maintain visible presence in kitchen and dining areas to lead by example
  • Contribute to club communications including newsletters and social media
  • Attend House Committee and Food & Beverage meetings providing culinary updates and insights
