The role of Executive Chef is a vital leadership position within our hotel, combining creativity, management, and culinary expertise to elevate every guest experience. As the Executive Chef, you will act as the director, producer, and artistic mind behind all restaurant operations. Job Requirements
- Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the USA
- 5-7 years experience as Executive Chef in a hotel is highly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Food Service Handler Card and TIPS certification valid for at least 6 months
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact positively with guests during service
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and liquor laws compliance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- Adhere to hiring and disciplinary protocols and ensure certifications like TIPS and Food Handlers Cards are valid
