Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years related culinary experience and/or training
- two or more years of management experience leading BoH operations in a high-volume, full-service kitchen
- ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion regularly
- ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- physical ability to maneuver in restaurant and office spaces
- ability to ascend/descend ladders or stairs
- effective communication skills with customers
- sensory ability to distinguish different tastes
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years related culinary experience and/or training

- experience in quality control and portioning
Job Duties
- Ensuring a culture of positivity and accountability
- executing operational excellence in food quality, service and guest experience
- driving, leading and overseeing all kitchen and sushi operations to positively impact P&L
- overseeing critical quality control points for every menu item, portioning and plating to ensure dishes meet specifications
- hiring, training and developing employees
- exercising independent judgment and discretion regularly
- handling sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally
