Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead and inspire our large kitchen team of over 20 employees. The Kitchen Manager will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties, labor budgeting, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with food safety policies. This leadership role demands a hands-on approach where the manager not only supervises but also actively participates in the delivery of high-quality meals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every dish served meets our exacting standards, supporting a seamless dining experience for our guests. Communication skills are essential as this role requires clear and effective interaction with all levels of kitchen staff. Additionally, this role involves managing daily specials, ensuring that they are costed out accurately and priced profitably. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational capabilities, financial acumen related to labor and food costing, and a proven ability to motivate and lead a sizable culinary team in a high-pressure environment. Job Requirements
