Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in kitchen supervisory role
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work 55 to 60 hours per week
- strong organizational skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- flexibility to work varied shifts including opening and closing
- proficiency in budgeting and scheduling
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in kitchen management or a similar leadership role
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage labor budgets and food cost
- experience in scheduling large teams
- culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Job Duties
- Opening or closing the kitchen
- leading a team of 20 or more employees
- ensuring every plate goes out to guests at the highest standard
- following all food safety policies
- budgeting for labor based on sales forecast
- scheduling for 20 or more back of house employees
- communicating to all employees
- costing out and pricing daily specials
