Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience in high volume production and catering
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • ability to lead and manage culinary teams
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • strong organizational and planning skills

Job Qualifications

  • B&I/Corporate Dining experience required
  • culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • high volume production and catering experience
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to innovate and implement new culinary programs

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • leads and manages a team of culinary associates
  • oversees all safety and sanitation standards related to the culinary operation
  • ensures high-volume production and catering excellence
