Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive chef or similar role
- Passion for food and a creative approach to cooking
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Flexibility in schedule including availability for weekends holidays and night shifts
- Ability to work on-site full-time
- No formal education required

Job Duties

- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead and motivate the culinary team to maintain efficiency and morale
