Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in luxury catering or multi-venue events
- Proven experience managing large-scale off-premise culinary operations
- Demonstrated P&L management and financial oversight capabilities
- Strong expertise in menu development, costing, and procurement
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, with significant luxury catering or multi-venue event experience
- Proven success managing large-scale off-premise events
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management experience
