Job Duties
- attract, hire and retain the best possible talent
- oversee and manage all departmental expenses including labor
- train and support team members
- assist in operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
- delegate and assist with food ingredient preparation including portioning, chopping, and storing
- ensure food is prepared according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards
- wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
