  • 3+ years as an executive chef in a fine dining, full-service scratch kitchen
  • Proven ability to run high-volume service ($5M+ annually) without sacrificing standards
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Track record of developing teams
  • Solid operational discipline in systems, organization, and execution

  • Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste to protect profitability
  • Lead kitchen operations including sanitation, safety, and equipment readiness
