Job Requirements
- 3+ years as an executive chef in a fine dining, full-service scratch kitchen
- Proven ability to run high-volume service ($5M+ annually) without sacrificing standards
- Strong leadership skills
- Track record of developing teams
- Solid operational discipline in systems, organization, and execution

Job Duties
- Execute a chef-inspired menu with consistency, speed, and exceptional attention to detail
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a talented culinary team
- Own quality control: taste, presentation, portioning, and ticket-time performance
- Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste to protect profitability
- Lead kitchen operations including sanitation, safety, and equipment readiness
