We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chef to join our team and take on a leadership role within our busy kitchen. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our culinary team, requiring a candidate capable of managing both the opening and closing of the kitchen efficiently while overseeing a team of more than 20 back-of-house employees. The Chef will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing food safety standards, leading the scheduling process, managing labor budgets based on sales forecasting, and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards consistently. With the responsibility of pricing and costing daily specials, the Chef will also help maximize profitability while maintaining quality. The successful candidate will work approximately 55 to 60 hours per week, showcasing strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
