Job Requirements
- Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience including leadership roles
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina for extended periods of standing and lifting
- knowledge of food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- creativity and passion for culinary excellence
- strong organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Design and develop innovative, seasonal menus aligned with the restaurant’s concept and brand
- oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
- manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- control food and labor costs, including inventory management and vendor relations
- maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
- collaborate with management on specials, promotions, and events
- monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
