Job Requirements

  • Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience including leadership roles
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina for extended periods of standing and lifting
  • knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef
  • culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

  • strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Design and develop innovative, seasonal menus aligned with the restaurant’s concept and brand
  • oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
  • manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • control food and labor costs, including inventory management and vendor relations
  • maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
  • collaborate with management on specials, promotions, and events
  • monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
