We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead one of our premier corporate dining operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to helm a focused and intimate culinary team, providing the chance to shape and maintain standards of culinary excellence and operational efficiency. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily food production and service, ensuring each dish meets stringent quality and presentation standards while fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement. With a primary focus on client satisfaction, this role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-touch service setting and possesses the skill to connect directly with guests to tailor dining experiences. The Executive Chef will also be tasked with managing labor and food cost targets, applying a detailed understanding of operational performance metrics to drive margin improvements and maintain profitability. Furthermore, this role involves developing and coaching kitchen staff, implementing best practices in food preparation, and ensuring full compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety policies.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $110,000 to $115,000 annually, reflecting the premium nature of the role and the expertise required. Job Qualifications

  • At least four years culinary experience
  • Minimum two years in a management role preferred

  • Experience managing people and problem-solving
  • Strong oral, reading, and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure culinary production connects to the Executional Framework
  • Maintain proper culinary standards and techniques for food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Manage and train culinary team including chef managers and hourly staff
  • Coach employees to foster a shared understanding of goals and methods
  • Recognize and reward employee contributions
  • Plan and lead team meetings and daily huddles
  • Maintain staff records including training, shift checklists, and performance data
  • Develop and maintain client and guest rapport
  • Interact directly with guests
  • Track and communicate culinary and ingredient trends
  • Deliver food and labor targets
  • Focus on margin improvement through performance metrics and inventory control
  • Ensure efficient delivery of culinary products in line with the daily menu
  • Maintain food quality and safety
  • Manage waste and standardize menus, recipes, and ingredients
  • Oversee supply chain and procurement ensuring authorized suppliers
  • Implement Food Framework and estimate food consumption accurately
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Comply with Aramark SAFE food and quality standards
  • Follow health, safety, wage, and hour regulations
