Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience as a cook or in a related culinary role
  • knowledge of cooking techniques and principles of food preparation
  • understanding of food safety standards and hygiene protocols
  • valid food safety certification preferred
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • good communication skills
  • capability to follow production guidelines and recipe instructions
  • commitment to maintaining kitchen sanitation and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Past experience working as a cook or in a similar culinary position
  • firm grasp of the fundamentals of cooking techniques and principles of food preparation
  • having a grasp of food safety standards and hygiene protocols is essential
  • acquire the pertinent food safety certification, if it has not been obtained as yet
  • core competencies in arithmetic and numerical counting
  • apt in effectively communicating and collaborating within a team
  • having a high school diploma or an equivalent certification is suggested but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Follow set production guidelines and recipes to prepare a variety of meals
