Job Requirements

  • Relevant culinary education or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive culinary roles within upscale dining establishments
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop kitchen teams
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
  • Proven track record of utilizing financial reporting to identify trends and drive revenue
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and team development
  • Deep expertise in New American cuisine and commitment to utilizing high-quality ingredients
  • Polished and professional demeanor suitable for a top-tier hospitality brand

Job Duties

  • Design and execute an innovative New American menu that reflects seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and mutual success
  • Manage food costs, labor costs, and inventory to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality control
  • Collaborate with the management team to align culinary offerings with the restaurant's strategic goals
