This opportunity is with a well-known, highly regarded casino resort located in Reno, Nevada, a city famous for its vibrant entertainment scene and luxury hospitality offerings. The resort is currently seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across multiple food and beverage outlets within the property. This leadership role carries high visibility and demands a professional who excels in luxury hospitality management, large-scale culinary operations, and comprehensive team development. The position is full-time with an attractive compensation package including a $150,000 base salary plus bonus incentives, reflecting the importance of this role to the overall success of the resort. As the Executive Chef, the individual will be responsible for maintaining outstanding culinary standards and delivering exceptional guest service across all dining venues. This role involves hands-on leadership, overseeing daily kitchen operations, menu development, financial management, and team engagement at a high level. The Executive Chef will play a vital role in driving guest satisfaction and overall profitability by ensuring the culinary offerings meet the high expectations associated with the resort’s luxury branding. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior culinary leadership role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must adhere to professional appearance guidelines
- Ability to relocate to Reno, Nevada
