We are currently looking to fill the role of Executive Chef, a pivotal position within our team. The Executive Chef reports directly to the General Manager and holds a prominent role within the Hotel Executive Committee. This position is best suited for an experienced culinary professional who is creative, organized, and able to manage diverse kitchen operations efficiently. The Executive Chef's responsibilities encompass everything from menu planning and food provisioning to supervising food preparation and maintaining stringent sanitation standards across all kitchen activities.
The role demands elite culinary skills, exceptional leadership qualities, and the ability to work under pressure while motivating and training culinary staff to maintain high standards consistently. The Executive Chef is expected to be a hands-on leader who sets the tone for quality, consistency, and service excellence. Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior culinary role
- Previous experience managing a kitchen staff
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Availability to work long hours and flexible shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills

- Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
