The role of Chef is a cornerstone of our culinary operation, requiring a passionate and experienced professional who will take full ownership of the food served. As Chef, you will lead the creative direction of the menu, innovating and refining dishes to meet high standards and business objectives. Your leadership will extend to managing and mentoring kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and skill development. This full-time position demands a seasoned culinary expert with at least 10 years of experience, capable of driving excellence in recipe execution, kitchen management, and operational efficiency. You will also handle ingredient planning, procurement, and ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols. Experience in catering is considered an advantage.
