Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a professional kitchen leadership role
- Experience with American and Mediterranean cuisine
- Proven ability to lead a team of 20 or more staff
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Toast POS, Microsoft Office, and CTUIT Radar
Job Duties
- Lead and manage kitchen operations
- Develop and execute menus with American and Mediterranean influences
- Train, manage, and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to optimize guest experience
- Maintain inventory and control food costs
- Work with POS and hospitality software systems
