Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 years experience in culinary, food and beverage or related professional area
- or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major
- 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage or related professional area
- Ability to lead kitchen management team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Experience with budgeting and expense management
- Capability to mentor and develop staff

- High school diploma or GED with 6 years of culinary or food service experience
- or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field with 4 years experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Leads kitchen management team
- Provides direction for all day-to-day operations
- Supervises and coordinates food preparation activities
- Develops and implements purchasing and receiving procedures
- Monitors food quality and presentation
- Ensures compliance with sanitation and food safety standards
- Manages employee training and performance appraisal process
