Known for its sophisticated ambiance and polished dining service, the restaurant operates within a corporate environment with annual revenues exceeding six million dollars. This enables them to invest significantly in talent and facilities, aiming to create a workplace culture that fosters professional growth and culinary excellence.

The role available is that of an Executive Chef, a critical leadership position within the back-of-house (BOH) operations. This role demands a leader who values team development, consistency, and accountability and who is capable of working closely with front-of-house leadership to provide guests an exceptional dining experience.

As the Executive Chef, you will lead a scratch kitchen producing upscale, polished dishes in a high-volume environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence by coaching and mentoring sous chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring clean and safe kitchen operations, and managing food and labor costs to support profitability. You'll play a vital role in operational decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership.
