Employment with Caesars is full-time and offers competitive compensation tied to the senior leadership level within culinary management, reflecting its emphasis on attracting experienced professionals who value service excellence and team-focused leadership.

The role of Executive Chef at Caesars Entertainment is a leadership position with a pivotal responsibility to create and maintain a dynamic and entertaining food service environment. This role goes beyond traditional culinary management, focusing on fostering a fun-filled and motivating workplace where the flawless delivery of service excellence is paramount. As an Executive Chef, you will serve as a positive and inspirational leader who enhances employee morale, teamwork, and open communication. A key aspect of the position is to act as a role model and coach, developing staff through consistent and approachable leadership while clearly articulating expectations and holding team members accountable for performance. This leadership role also entails recognizing superior service achievements and rewarding individuals or groups accordingly, ensuring continual encouragement of exceptional culinary and service standards.

In this capacity, the Executive Chef will be a change agent charged with improving and streamlining kitchen operations through ongoing evaluations of policies, procedures, work processes, and overall program effectiveness. You will demonstrate strong facilitation skills, effectively resolving conflicts and inspiring your team towards a shared vision. Coordination with other departments is essential to ensure total guest satisfaction and efficient operation within a safe, friendly, and comfortable environment. Part of your responsibility will include strategic planning for the culinary department, such as analyzing current and emerging food trends, conducting product and recipe testing, and developing or planning menus for daily operations and special functions. You will also be instrumental in long-range planning involving capital needs, manpower forecasting, and product sourcing, ensuring the continual growth and modernization of the culinary operations.

To thrive in this position, a culinary degree is preferred alongside a solid background of ten or more years in culinary management, with at least three to five years in executive management roles, ideally within a casino or hospitality setting. Essential skills include strong leadership and supervisory capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan, organize, and implement daily assignments effectively. This role demands a balance of culinary expertise and managerial acumen, enabling the successful candidate to drive service excellence and operational efficiency at a high level.

Caesars Entertainment emphasizes family-style service that fosters warmth, connection, and a genuine sense of belonging among guests and team members alike.
