- Minimum ten years culinary management experience
- At least three years in executive management
- Prior casino leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining environment with flawless service delivery
- Foster teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication
- Act as a role model and coach, developing employees and clearly articulating expectations
- Hold team members accountable for service performance and provide recognition for superior achievements
- Work as a change agent to improve and streamline kitchen operations
- Resolve conflicts using excellent facilitator skills
- Analyze food trends and market research to shape food operation direction
- Develop and implement procedures, product and recipe testing, menu development and planning
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient, safe operations
- Participate in financial and capital planning, making recommendations to achieve financial goals
- Maintain all facilities, equipment and work areas according to health codes
