The role of Executive Chef at Hyatt Centric Park City is a pivotal leadership position within the hotel’s culinary operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager and serving as a member of the hotel's Executive Committee, the Executive Chef plays a key role in shaping the culinary experience offered to guests. This position involves overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and sanitation, to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency. The Executive Chef is responsible for training and mentoring culinary staff and kitchen workers, instilling safety and sanitation habits, and promoting consistent food preparation and presentation aligned with Hyatt’s service standards.
