  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Experience driving guest satisfaction and retention initiatives
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen team and manage all culinary operations
  • Develop innovative and artful menus for two new restaurant concepts
  • Oversee budgeting, food cost control, and team performance metrics
  • Mentor and coach culinary staff to encourage growth and maintain high standards
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Drive initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and employee retention
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality and safety standards in the kitchen
